Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and checks as payment for orders. The simplest way to pay for your order is to enter your credit card number on the secure online order form. If, for any reason, you choose not to submit your credit card number over the Internet, you have two payment options:
1) Paying by check You can proceed through check out until all the items you want appear on the "shopping cart" screen. Then select "pay by check," print out your shopping cart, and send us a personal check or money order (U.S. dollars only) for the amount of your order. Please bear in mind that we will only process your order once your funds clear in the bank. Paying by personal check typically delays your order by 9-12 days (longer for orders from outside the U.S.). 2) Calling in your credit card number You can still use your credit card even if you prefer not to submit your credit card information via the Internet. When checking out, you can check the option to "complete order by phone" on the "payment" screen. Then you can call us to give us your credit card number to initiate your order. Sales Tax We only collect sales tax for orders shipped in New York.
Typographical Errors:
BB Office Supply does not hold any responsibilities and is not obligated to fulfill orders with incorrect pricing or product specifications due to typographical errors. We will have the right to cancel or refuse any such order without liability.
Stock Availability:
Merchandise advertised is generally in stock. Should we become oversold due to any unpredicted reason, BB Office Supply will not be held accountable for fulfillment of these requests.

YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE INTERNET SITE FOLLOWING ANY CHANGE IN OUR SITE OR POSTING OF A NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE A BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.
