BB Office Supply Return Policy
All products from BB Office Supply are guaranteed to be in perfect working condition free of any defects. Should any product prove to be defective we will issue a credit or replacement in accordance with our return policy.
Due to inaccurate inventory & accounting that may be caused by returns therefore any return without an RA# will be refused by the warehouse.
Claims for damaged or short delivered merchandise must be made at time of delivery. All returns must be properly insured & signed for.
Returns
Return of an unopened item within 14 days of reciept, Please fill out the Return form. The cost of the item will be credited less a 20% restocking fee, shipping charges are not refundable. Item must be in excellent resalable condition.
Defective
If an item proves to be defective we must be notified within 45 days of invoice, Please fill out the Return form & we will replace it after receiving the defective in return, at no extra charge, & we will not charge shipping again.
Bottled toner (which consists only of toner in a bottle) is always inspected & in stable condition before shipping, therefore it is not returnable. All sales are final. ALL Original Brand Name items are guaranteed by the manufacturer and must be returned directly to them.
Products are sold with manufacturer's warrantee. BB Office Supply makes no warrantee and will assume no liability for damage resulting from the use of any consumable in any manufacturer's equipment other then the manufacturer's warrantee.
Ordered Wrong Item
If you ordered the wrong item by mistake and box has already been opened, contact us at customerservice@bbofficesupply.com and we will do our utmost best to solve the problem in the right matter. Pending on the situation you may be charged 30%-50% restocking fee. Or no return at all.(if unopened view Returns paragraph)
If Wrong Item Was Shipped
If we mistakenly shipped you a wrong item, please notify us as soon as possible at customerservice@bbofficesupply.com no later than 3 days after receipt. We will send you via U.S. mail a prepaid return label, & replace item with the right one at no additional charge.
Replacement Rush
Please fill out our Return form. We will Ship out a replacement & charge it to the credit card you will submit, once the return will arrive & get approved by the returns department, we will issue a credit.
Damaged in Transit
If you receive a product that was damaged in transit refuse delivery from carrier & contact us at customerservice@bbofficesupply.com so that we can send you out a replacement. If you notice the damage after the carrier has left, first make sure everything is kept the way it arrived, then contact the carrier immediately (so they can inspect the damage, so that we will be able to credit you) & notify us at customerservice@bbofficesupply.com at once .
Instructions for return shipping please read carefully
All product being returned must have a RA#. To obtain RA# please fill out the Return form, you will receive a return email within 2 business days with further instructions & RA# if applicable. All items must be returned in its original packaging, including styrofoam inserts, etc. and in new condition in all aspects (besides defect, if defective). All returned products must be shipped in protective outer boxing, with RA# written in big lettering on the outside of the shipping box. No credit will be given if the product or box have been written on or marked in any way.
Please allow 15 business days from the time the item is received to process a refund. All returns are subject to inspection & final approval by our returns department upon receipt of merchandise at our warehouse. Credit will only be granted if item is in resalable condition. No RA# will be issued after 45 days of invoice date. We will process refunds or exchanges only on items purchased from BB Office Supply. RA # is only valid for 15 days after date of issuance.
